The first time you access Build & Tone you will be asked to provide some personal information and to select your preferred diet and workout guide.
Available dietary options include vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian; or you could select 'standard' if you do not have any special requirements, and you will be also asked how many meals per day you would like to have.
There are 6 areas of focus you can choose from: Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Back, Arms, and Full Body - a gym and home version of all three is available.
You will also be asked to specify your fitness level (based on how long you have been training) as well as how many times and which days you would prefer to work out every week.
Our engine will take all this data into consideration and personalise your workouts and meal plans accordingly. Once a recommended programme has been generated for you to follow, Build & Tone is fully customisable, so you can tailor your schedule, workouts and meals to your needs.
If you need a fresh start, you can also change your preferences, by going to "Profile" and editing everything you need under "Preferences"
