Our home plans include a combination of exercises that can be performed without any fitness equipment and others that require access to minimal equipment you can easily store at home, e.g. resistance bands, dumbbells, bench or box, barbell. It's quite easy to find no-equipment alternatives for the latter, however, please note that the app does not recommend alternative options for you and you would have to do your own research.
The gym plans require access to a commercial gym, as they utilise free weights but also a number of machines, e.g. cable machine, row machine, treadmill, step machine, etc.
