You can switch workout guides by going to the "Library" feature, and just tap on the one you want. If the guide is customisable you will be asked which area you would like to be of focus(Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Back, Arms, Full Body) and how many times per week you would like to work out(three, four, five or six times per week)
